All is luxurious. While the palace (sixteenth century) was being converted into a hotel, museum pieces were found from all artistic epochs.

Roman mosaics go hand in hand with vanguard furniture. Renaissance panelling exists side by side with Arabic tiling, paving and columns. An artistic whole crowned by a terrace with a swimming pool, an ideal observatory to view the Cathedral and the majestic Giralda.

Embedded in Hotel Los Seises, you can also find La Cocina de los Seises, our restaurant, which offers an unforgettable surrounding in which you, can enjoy a cuisine full of Andalusian tradition. Our cuisine has brought back to life the most exquisite culinary traditions of Andalucia.

You can enjoy, within this wonderful environment, the most delicious and traditional dishes. Appetizers, meats, fish, vegetables and desserts full of Arabic influences. All this complemented by the fantastic wines of the region.
