Excellent!! Could not have wanted more, great relaxing location but only a 10 minute walk to lamai, friendly staff and friendly easy to talk to managers! Originally booked for 2 weeks but ended up staying for 6 and I'm already planning my return!!

I would definitely recommend staying here. Located on Lamai Beach in a very quiet and relaxing spot. Great value for money. We stayed here for 5 nights in december and had a good sized bungalow which was cleaned with fresh towels every other day. The resort is right on a quiet part of the beach, and a 5 minute walk up the beach will bring you to some lovely and good priced restaurants with a beautiful view. The price of the rooms includes a good breakfast of cereal, fruit, toast, eggs and a few extras. The hotel has a good atmosphere and every tuesday they have a band playing in the bar. They will also happily book you onto any trips or tours you want to go on. A 5 minute taxi ride will take you to the busy Chaweng beach which has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

its not very clean or well maintained. the beach is nice but the shopping and nightlife is 10 to 15 minutes away buy car.
