This place looked like it had only recently opened when we stayed (there were bare wires hanging in some places where light fittings had yet to be fitted) but then maybe that's just part of being in Cambodia!?

The rooms were very clean, well appointed with air con, en suite bathrooms with hot/cold showers, cable TV, balcony & comfortable beds.

The 'restaurant' was not up to much and there was limited availablility on some items on the menu. You could still get a coffee and an omelet for breakfast, though.

The location was a plus for us being close enough to Serendipity beach that you can walk there in less than 10 minutes yet far enough away from the 'bar scene' to let you get a decent night's sleep!

Wi-fi access was available on the lower floors and the lobby, motorbikes available for rent and tours/bus tickets available from the reception.

I'd stay again - good value and a comfortable place to stay.
