The staff were delightful! Very helpful, friendly and had a good sense of humour. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I have ever stayed in. The free breakfasts had a variety of western and Vietnamese food and were of a very high quality. Especially the chicken noodle soup!! The pick up service from the airport also made the beginning of our trip run smoothly and without stress. I'd recommend it to anyone, thank you to the lovely staff, see you again soon!

Hands down a great experience. That staff was excellent and the amenities available were more than expected. They even had several choices for breakfast including western.
