We have 14 rooms (single bed and double bed) with full option as A/C or fan, hot shower, telephone, refrigerator, cable TV with CNN, ESPN, HBO.....

We serve for free breakfast, tea, coffee, pineapple juice and we have high speed intetnet.

Reception staff warmly welcome guests like family and will give you advice anything you want to know about Vietnam.

I stayed in this hotel for three days in April 11.
Very nice little hotel, in a good location, down by a quiet alley.
The staff was wonderful and very helpful.
We had the double bed room at the top floor and even though it was a lot of stairs to climb everyday we enjoyed our stay here.
Recommended if you want a quiet, clean and tidy place for your stay in that crazy HCM city

great Guesthouse clean rooms good location in centre of back packers area, good value for money only problem I found some of the staff needs a lesson in Customer service. but I would use again but I found Vietnam hard work as you have to stay alert 24 hours a day. I got robbed twice and ripped off three times even though a friend in Australia who was born and bred in Saigon told me not to trust any one in Vietnam, I should of taken more notice, so I do not think I will be going back to Vietnam again soon.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive; they all made an effort to make my stay restful and enjoyable. The rooms were cleaned properly every day and the location is just perfect to let you explore the city, shop and find good valued meals (just try repeat visits and local places to get the best value).
Downside is that the area is extremely touristy, so in terms of a Vietnamese experience, you should really only use this as a restful base from which to explore the city/recuperate.

Receptionist was super nice and helpful. She's friendly and accommodating. Only work there 3 months but she knows how to b professional at a guesthouse. Breakfast was boring but it's worth it cuz of reasonable price, cleaness, very good location and great service.
I stayed there few years ago and introduced my friends to stay there also. Il'l go back there again :-)
