Welcome to my Hai Au hotel in Hoi An town - Vietnam. My hotel located in the centre of Hoi An ancient town, Hai Au hotel is in the middle of a well-ventilated and quiet place. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the downtown to visit World Cultural Heritage and 10 minutes to go to Cua Dai beach by bicycles.
The hotel with 33 well-equipped bedrooms have balcony looks nice view, up to international standard is possible to serve international tourists.
All the rooms have air conditioning, mini bar, satellite TV, IDD telephone, hot water,bath room with bath-tub, wireless internet and swimming pool outsides with sunny.
Hotel have restaurant service 24hours and buffet every morning.

RSSWe stayed here in March and can honestly say it was the best budget hotel because of the staff. They were so friendly and helpful and we had a big problem one day of having our night train tickets printed for the wrong night!!! although there was no train station in Nha Trang, they just sorted new tickets in a matter of hours. The rooms were more than big enough, we had a triple. there is a small swimming pool and the breakfast was really good compared to other hotels that just did egg and bread. this had fresh cooked omelette alongside a choice of other western and vietnamese items. We hired bikes from the lady outside to cycle to the beautiful beach about 5km away. would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hoi An.

Great staff reponded to all requests with enthusiasm. Could not do too much for us and made the stay pleasant.
Beds and the pillows are very hard but acceptable for a few days.
Has a small pool which would be good in hotter weather.
Hotel is walking distance to most tourist sites.
They will arrange tours and transport, no problems at all.
Breakfast as in most hotels we stayed at in vietnam is very limited and different.
Overall would stay here again if I return to Hoi An just to say hello to the great girls on the front desk.

5 minute walk to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. They remember your name and are never too busy to help you with any questions or help you might need. Rooms are very clean and have a colonial feel to them with high ceilings and nice furniture. Free Internet and wifi a plus. Very good buffet breakfast included. They also offer bycicle and motorbike rentals at very reasonable rates. Hotel also has a decent size pool. Will definetely stay there again. Recommended it to my parents when they go to Hoi An next month.

The Girls at Hai Au Hotel were fantastic. Gracious and very helpful.
The service was impeccable. A car picked us up from Danang railway. Pick up from the hotel for
My Son tour and"sleeping bus" for Hanoi. The girls sorted all our bookings with flair and efficiency.The room was very clean and comfortable.We were touched by the frangipani flowers.
Breakfast was very nice and set us up for the day.
I have no problem recommending this place.I will be recommending it to my friends who are coming at the end of the year, and to my daughter who leaves in her holidays.
