They didn't know about our reservation, they told us we had to send them an email with a copy of the information travellers point sent to us or we had to pay other more expensive rates! Finally the problem was solved because I had the mail on my phone The service was good and the guy in the front desk was an incredible person, but the swiming pool wasn't clean and the beach chairs were very uncomfortable. I think they have to improve many things.
