The Guest House was opened to the public in July, 2003. The building was rebuilt and refurbished to house this charming little hotel which is centrally located in Alicante in a quiet residential area.

Guests have a choice of rooms with twin beds and double beds with a terrace, or apartments/studios (with bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, and terrace with a garden and air conditioning).

Tea and coffee service in your room is available courtesy ofthe Guest House. Also minibar, TV/video, public telephone and Internet service are also available. The parking garage is 20 meters away and offers Guest House clients special rates (15.00 Euros a day). located in a quiet family Antonio Gonzalez, your host, will be happy to look after your every needs. Thank you for your visit.

Advise about arrival time.

Please contact us If you arrive late in the evening we do not have Reception 24 hours!

Check in from 10am to 10pm. You have three hours from your arrival time to advise us about changes, otherwise your booking will be cancel.

Nice place, very friendly owner. The attic appartment was very nice, didn't really expect anything like it. The bed mattresses could be a little more hard though, but I don't want to that picky

Very helpful and friendly owner. Room was great value, clean and next to kitchen where you could help yourself to coffee etc and prepare meals.
Good location too. Lots of info about things to do etc (the MARQ exhibition on Greek-Roman art from the British Museum highly reccommended!)
The only minor problem were the noisy German girls staying on the same floor...

I highly recommend this Guest House, it is in a very convenient location and is excellent value for money. The rooms are always clean and very nice. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I had a very safe and relaxing holiday and am very thankful to him for his great hospitality.
