2. Cancellations for High Season (11 Jan'10 - 30 Apr'10/15 Jul'10 - 15 Sep'10/11 Jan 11 - 30 Apr 11/ 15 Jul 11 - 15 Sep 11), can be made at least 14 days prior to guest\'s arrival date, or penalty 50% of total stay (minimum 1 night)

3. Non - refundable for Peak Season (20 Dec'10 - 10 Jan'11)
