We are a convenient Japanese style hotel located in the heart of Asakusa, one of the most famous tourist spots in Tokyo. We installed LAN in ALL rooms and WiFi Wireless Internet in lobby area. It is only about 5 minute walk from all the train stations nearby. Ryokan Kamogawa Asakusa promises convenience and comfort with its location and service. As the former center of Tokyo, Asakusa is home to many seasonal festivals.

Our room rates may be a little pricey, but WE ARE ACTUALLY INEXPENSIVE BECAUSE YOU CAN SAVE TRANSPORTATION COSTS AND TIME BY STAYING WITH US !!

We have both en-suite and non en-suite. The Japanese style room without bath and toilet is very popular among foreigners because it is cheap and shower room is just outside its door.

FREE Internet PC now available, and Internet Connections (You can plug in your own laptop PC.) on the first floor. CNN through sttellite TV available at the Japanese cafe on the 1st floor as well.

We are near Senso-ji (temple), and only 30 seconds to the Nakamise street which is lined by many traditional souvenir shops. Our facilities include common room, public baths, FREE Internet (in the lobby), banquet hall. Japanese style breakfast is 1,000 yen per person. Western one is 500 yen. Please order when you check-in.

We are near Sensoji Temple (5 min walk), Asakusa Tourist Information Center (5 min walk), Nakamise Dori (souvenir shop street, 30 sec walk), Hanayashiki Amusement Park, Kappabashi dori, whole sale Japanese restaurant goods, Sumida River -- Tokyo Bay, Ferry Boat rides available and Ueno Park.

Check-in is 3pm - 11:30pm and check-out is 10am. The common room on the first floor will be used as a cafe during breakfast time 8am - 11:30pm.

Curfew: (The front door closes at 11:30pm - if no notice given in advance.) If you are going to come back after the time, please ask the staff. The keys to lend you are prepared.

Lock-out: 10am - noon for daily facilty cleaning if no notice given in advance. (If you would like to stay during this time, please tell us.)

For payment, major credit cards are accepted.

ACCESS:

It is very easy to find our hotel as we are close from the Asakusa\'s main street - Nakamise Dori.

1. Look for a Kaminari-mon (the big gate)

2. Enter the Nakamise-Dori (the souvenir shop street)

3. Turn at the 3rd passage to the left

4. Walk about 30 seconds

5. You will find a sign with \'Hotel Kamogawa (former name)\' on your left.
