Buddys Hostel & Pousada is now under new management and has had remodeling done to it, just in time for the busy holiday season! We look forward to meeting you and look forward to helping you create an unforgettable experience in Itacaré Brazil.

Buddy's is an independent hostel and guesthouse made for travellers by travellers. This means we know that the best hostels are like the best people you meet in them: individuals with their own unique character and charm. We are a place with a face and not just a logo!

At Buddy's we try to be more of a home than a hostel. We are here to be your friends and guides in the surf-reggae beach town of Itacare. We are here to have group dinners and BBQ's with. We are here to take you out on the town at night and to the best beaches during the day. We are here to watch crap Hollywood films with in the lounge when it's a rainy day or been a heavy night. Or if you want a bit of quiet time then just crash in one of our hammocks in the courtyard!

Buddy's offers four person dorm rooms and private rooms that sleep 2-3 (all rooms are en-suite). We have Wi-Fi, a large, well equipped kitchen for all to use, a small bar (which looks suspiciously like a fridge) and a delicious breakfast served every morning. We are perfectly located too - a mere 6 minute walk to the surf beaches and just off the main street in Pituba so you'll be right in the heart of the action yet not be bothered by the noise when it's time for a bit of shut eye! We also offer special discounts for long term stays.

Hide away from the intense travelling experience for a little while or embrace it full on - you can do both at Buddy's. We have created a very relaxed and warm environment to live in and hope to have the opportunity to share it with you too!
