good location, but the sheets were dirty and the room smelt like an ash tray, and we could hear everything that was going on in the next and above rooms.
But the location made up for it, I guess.

Location is fantastic and the rooms were clean. However, all 3 rooms which we had were smelly... The previous border must have smoked in the room and fail to open the window. Housekeeping also did not bothered to air the room or sprayed some air re freshener.

The location is so close to Shinsaibashi Suji & Daimaru & the area is so pleasant and interesting. The personnel were so hospitable and friendly.

Great location. Amazing budget value. Surprisingly big and well equipped room.
It was a bit smokey smelling however.
Be good if they could offer non-smoking rooms.
