Nakata Bed & Breakfast is a clean Japanese-style B &B hotel conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood about 5 min walk from the JR Nara Station. All rooms are private and Japanese-style with tatami mats. It is easy to access major tourist site such as Nara Park, Todaiji Temple, Kofukuji Temple and Gangoji Temple. All in walking distance. FREE internet access available in the lounge.
Facilities include a lounge and 2 shower rooms.
(separate shower roooms for men and women)
Amenities include a towel, soap and shampoo.
Rental Bicycle: 300yen per day. Very Cheap!!
What is offered for FREE:
Light meal ( furuits and biscuits etc ) is offered every morning
Tea, coffee, green tea, cookies are offered at all times
Internet access
Laundry ( only washing) 4:00p.m.- 9:00p.m.
All rooms are private air-conditioned Japanese-style with tatami mats.
Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
There is one parking space. Please reserve in advance. Free parking space for bicycle and moterbike. Pets are not allowed.

Curfew: 11pm
We only accept the payment by cash only.
We will keep your luggage before the check-in time and after the check out time.
Remarks:
-Children under the age of 6 could not stay with us.
-All areas inside building are no-smoking. Thank you.

Excellent value , clean tidy modern Japanese style rooms and facilities, Jun the host was really helpful, with lots of advice on local facilities and some useful language tips as well.

This was the nicest place we stayed in while in Japan. It is very clean and the rooms are large and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Nara.

The owner is very friendly and speaks very well English. He helped us to book hotels (call for us) and for the buses and trains timetables. We had a great time there. The location is perfect between the JR Station and the attraction sites.
I recommend this place without hesitation.
Owner very welcoming and friendly. Also very helpful (thanks for storing my bags). This place is very clean. We found a common topic, life in NZ. Owner speaks good English. Comes with a nice breakfast that the owner prepared extra early for me as I had an early train to catch. Close to JR but in a quiet residential area. Thank you for a wonderful stay, my last day in Japan

We absolutely loved this Minshuku. The host was super friendly and was a great host. He was very happy to greet us and let us check-in early since the rooms were ready. The hosts level of English was also very high so there was no communication issue at all.
The room was very spacious and the house was very clean and tidy.
We would definitely stay here again if we ever went back to Nara. I would definitely recommend this Minshuku to anyone who is thinking about going to Nara.
I also especially liked that we were provided with a light and refreshing breakfast comprising of fruit and pastry along with as much tea and snacks as we liked.

Very plesent comfortable quiet place, easy access from JR station and most attractions. Nakata-san was a wonderfuly helpful guide. He hi-lighted all important places on the map. It was a welcome change from hotels.

A very simple but very nice B&B indeed. It is near all things worse seeing in Nara and near the station.
