The area is nice and quiet, with pine trees. The house has been renovated in July 2008.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (one doublel and one with 2 twin beds), 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and one living-dining room, with a cover terrace and panoramic sea views.to Javea.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, 1 American kitchen and a dining room, that goes straight to the private pool,

There is a private garage, and sunbeds for the pool. Built in BBQ. At the 2nd floor there is a solarium.
