100% COSY is a villa in a quiet area; all rooms are en-suite with air co; Marie and Manuel will welcome you and help you to get the most out of your stay.

Each room can be cooled or heated by the air conditioning, have a private bathroom and LCD with cable TV.

We have room service; towels and bedding are regularly changed.

There\'s a lounge to relax and meet people with LCD with cable TV, DVD player, PC with FREE INTERNET access, free Wi-Fi, books, board games and a fireplace (great in winter time).

The kitchen is fully fitted: American fridge (freezer, ice cubes, crushed ice and cool filtered water), microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hob stove, LCD with cable TV

The patio, accessible from the kitchen, has a BBQ, table, chairs and sun loungers. It\'s ideal for a lunch or a dinner under the stars, or simply sunbathing during the day.

A full laundry service is available at a small extra charge, free for stay for a week and over. Some bikes are also available for rent.

100% COSY is in a walking distance from the beach, the marina (where you can take a boat to visit the famous grottoes), the old center, supermarkets (incl. Pingo Doce), shops, restaurants, the train and the bus station.

We speak English, French, Portuguese and some Spanish.

100% COSY is like a small friendly hotel with the bonus of a kitchen.

It was very cosy ;), we meet very nice people at this guesthouse and we had the room with the tereasse on the roof which was really great.

Just the bet was mabye a little bit to small for two big german guys.

We could strongly recomment this guesthouse.

We had a great stay at the 100% Cosy Guesthouse, despite it raining the whole time we were in Lagos. The kitchen is well equipped, with a gas cooktop and plenty of pots/pans etc. The fireplace was nice as we stayed during winter. There was cable TV in the lounge aswell as the kitchen and bedrooms. Marie picked us up from the bus stop at no charge, and provided us with a map of the Lagos area, aswell as giving us tips on the cheapest and nearest supermarkets, shortcuts to the beach etc.
Our bedroom and ensuite were cleaned daily as was the rest of the guesthouse, our only complaint (minor) being that our shower leaked a bit- though it seemed that this was in the process of being fixed during our stay anyway. Very comfortable, great service and excellent value for money.

We only booked one night in Lagos on our trip and instantly wished we had decided to stay for longer! The owners of 100% Cosy were fantastic hosts who really went the extra mile in terms of a personal family run business. It would be a lovely place for a longer stay with a nice communal kitchen and close to a local supermarket. Was an easy walk to the center of town and the local knowledge for great beaches really helped! Only thing that would have been better would be having a few extra perks in the rooms like hair dryers but another great perk was having free internet access.
Over all a great place to stay!
