Had a great stay with Tahir - a very accommodating host. In terms of location, you'd be hard pressed to find another place more convenient than this. A short walk to college station. I had full access to all the facilities during my stay like big kitchen and overall had a super-positive experience. Very great value and highly recommended!

The stay was comfortable and the location convenient enough to the town area for easy access.
The host was very responsive and available at all times for any requests and information we required.
The room we stayed in was a little smaller than expected however the neighborhood was safe and we could walk around even at midnight and be safe.
Overall a wonderful stay experience.
Just Awesome!
Our stay in the house was six nights & found the guesthouse absolutely perfect. They are spacious, comfortable, very clean and the bed guarantees sweet dreams. My husband & I felt very secure and enjoyed this beautiful home. The location is in the downtown, every major attraction that Toronto offers can be reached in a walk. We cooked our food in a big equipped kitchen, washed cloths in washer/dryer, enjoyed free WiFi internet, cable TV, coffee/tea. Thanks Tahir, for giving us home away from home!

Room no. 2 was a bit small for the double bed. Proprietor was very helpful.
Truly Amazing!... My wife, two friends and I stayed for 6 nights in early February, 2011. We arrived on an overnight flight around 8:00 am & were allowed to store our bags until the check-in time. The neighbourhood has plenty of shops and restaurants. We felt safe on the streets, even at night. The rooms are good sized especially since they are located in downtown. The computer table and fireplace was also nice. The bed was good. Mr. Tahir is very nice & helpful. The 6 nights were very cheap compared to a hotel. Hotels are way overpriced. We got everything we needed here. Free cable TV and internet was very nice. The kitchen was also very useful.

Great place to stay for an affordable price. Great location as well,you feel like at home!All facilities there, iron,shampoo, flip-flops. I booked a private bedroom with shared bathroom but I got an upgrade to a private bathroom without being charged for more money!

My experience at the Comfy Guest House was wonderful. Clear, safe, great neighbourhood, nice and convenient place in downtown. Very close to public transportation, restaurants. Slighty strange converted house in a decent location, 15 mins walk to subway/city centre. Our room was fine but if you're unlucky enough to get a room next to the kitchen or shared bathroom (which feels like using someone else's ensuite) I'd guess it'd be very noisy.
Not the cleanest of places either... Saw a lovely mouse whilst in the Kitchen!
For my girlfriend and I (who are on a tight budget) it was pretty good but if you can afford something a little better it'd be money well spent.
