This Air conditioned studio apartment is on the top floor (third one, no lift) of a quite building on the Barcelona promenade of Alghero. Perfect location. The sea with the Lido beach is only 60 metres from you; the old town with all the amenities is 300 metres far from the apartment. Nearest restaurant 20 metres, nearest market 200 metres.
The apartment has a large lounge with two comfortable and high quality sofa bed, one double and one single (both made by Natuzzi). It has a fully furnished kitchenette, a spacious bathroom with shower, two balconies, one of them sea front with table, chairs and parasol.
Other Features: Air conditioning and central heating, Fridge, small freezer, Tv LCD, Radio. Fantastic sea view.

Located on the top floor of a secure building with entry phone and camera, the apartment is much bigger than it looks in the photographs. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We were impressed by the new kitchenette which was fully equipped and functional. The bathroom is spacious and had a generous amount of towels, a hairdryer and a small balcony for drying your beachwear. The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and big enough for two people. There is air conditioning, a television set and a radio, but no internet connection.
The large balcony is equipped with a table, chairs and a parasol. The view is spectacular: across the bay of Alghero with the marina and the old town to the left and the Lido beach to the right. The location is excellent: the beach is just across the street and there is a five-ten minute stroll into the old town with its restaurants and bars. There is a bakery and supermarket nearby.
The landlord, Francesco, was very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of useful tips about Alghero.
If we were to return to Alghero we would most definitely stay in this apartment again.

This place is lovely, (especially the bathroom!) It's on the third floor of a really lovely and secure building although. There is no lift so it may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties but for the rest of us it’s a great way to burn off some of the ice cream and wonderful Italian food. The furniture is simple and clean, the kitchen has an oven with gas hobs and the view from the main balcony is stunning. The only draw back is that the bed is a pull out sofa but it is still quite comfortable. Over all it's a wonderful place to stay.
The best thing is the location! The sea is just across the road, it's a 5 min walk along the sea front to the old town. 2 supermarkets and good bike/moped/car hire places within 10min walking distance,
