A two building complex with a separate reception room built in a quiet place 300m away from the sandy beach “Ammes” of Svoronata village and 9 km south of Argostoli - the capital of the island. In a distance of one to five kilometres there are 4 more beautiful sandy beaches- such as Avithos, Ai Helis and Minies.

Additionally the bay of Agia Pelagia one km away provides a safe anchorage for yachts and fishing boats. Each of the two buildings has 3 luxury furnished apartments Maisonettes - 4 to 6 persons - with individual entrance and large verandas overlooking the colourful garden. Each one consists of two bedrooms, WC /shower and living room with a full equipped kitchenette fridge (oven etc). All the apartments are equipped with TV / teletext, telephone, safety box, hair dryer and fax facilities at the reception room.

The complex is built in a 4000m2 colourful garden with local and tropical plans and birds. Private shady parking, children’s playground, barbeque and showers of hot/cold water are available in the garden.

Also 3 mini-markets and 8 taverns restaurants are in our vicinity. All of the surrounding area offers facilities for sports and hobbies - such as walking, running, cycling, beach volley ball, windsurfing, fishing and diving.

Each of the two buildings has 3 luxury furnished apartments (Maisonnettes), 4 to 6 persons, with individual entrance and large verandas overlooking the colorful garden.

Each one consists of two bedrooms, WC/shower and living room with a full equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven etc). Also it has 2 of one bedroom apartments (semi-basement), 2 to 4 persons, with WC/shower and kitchen equipped same as above. These apartments instead of veranda have an individual kiosk in the garden.

All the apartments are equipped with TV / teletext, telephone, air-condition, safety box, fans and fax facilities at the reception room.

On leaving the International Airport Argostoli head southeast 1.2 kilometers, after that turn right and after 0.2 kilometers turn another right. You will arrive at the Ammes Beach where the hotel is located.
