We are only 3 miles north of Cozumel and just a few steps from turquoise water and white sand beaches (Note: there are no beaches in DownTown Cozumel, you must travel. Look at the maps.); our secure, clean (see our ratings) and affordable property has European quality with Mexican ambience.
All the rooms comes with clean linens, sheets, pillow, soap, hot water, ceiling fans throughout and fully insect screened.
The Beachouse has a Share Kitchen you can cook your own food, the next Shopping Center is in the downtown. Also we provide a excellent food delivery service for a good price, if you don\'t wanna cook. The next Restaurants are on the Beach, it is a 7-10 min walk.
We give you for free coffee in the mornings, free purified water, Web access, WIFI, for a good price laundry-service, free beach towels and free island map.
If you get bored of snorkeling, birdwatching, sun baking or taking your moped/car around this beautiful island, then just lay in one of the hammocks by the pool in our private garden.
Like any property, we can book any activities you wish, but don\'t miss the Beachouse Dive-Specials:
With Adolfo the Owner and our Scuba Dive Instructor. He has more than 20 years Dive Experience on this Island.

If you're looking for a budget accomodation in Cozumel, this is the place to go! Tina and Adolfo are very friendly hosts and their hostel is clean and comfortable. There is a big kitchen you can use to cook and eat. The beach is close, but the pier is a little far and the taxis in Cozumel are not cheap. We recommend that you rent a car if you want to explore the island. And if you want to go diving or snorkelling, just ask Adolfo.
Yes, it's far from downtown, but you should be thankfull for it! It's 2 minutes from the beach and faraway from the noisy cruiser's turists! The place is simple, but well maintained. And Tina and Adolfo are wonderful people, really helpfull, especially if you are into diving and snorkeling, Adolfo is an expert! The took really good care of us, we felt like family. Yes, there is no AC, but who cares ? At prices so low, you could not ask for a better and friendly stay in Cozumel!

It was a beautiful home/hostel, but because of lack of air conditioning and proximity to town, we chose not to stay. We would have had to rent a car to stay there, so we could get in and out of town to do groceries etc. Also, I don't know if it's the norm, but the beach wasn't as appealing as we'd thought. Lots of black stuff in the water at the shoreline.

As for the clients who decided not to complete their stay with us due to lack of Air Conditioning and distance to the town center, We clearly state on our website and listing that A/C is not provided. We provide fans in every room and our natural ventilation keeps our place comfortable. We apologize to our guests if somehow they may not have read that we provide A/C. We are not located in town. Taxi's and Rental Cars are available from us for your convenience.
We also went to great lengths to obtain alternate accommodations so to minimize our clients discomfort. A storm also arrived a few days earlier that can make the waters murky at times. Unfortunately, we do not have control when Mother nature calls.
We hope that all of our guests will enjoy their stay with us in the future. We will always strive to achieve the best customer service and
client satisfaction that we can offer."
