We had a really nice here for 3 nights. Unfortunately the annoyance was the young girl on reception offerring to check train times yet never following through. Even though we went back 4 times to ask, we got different answers... yet the following morning when we asked the gentleman at the desk he got on the phone and completed it within 30mins. Unfortunately this meant however we had missed the train we wanted and had to stay an extra day to get the next one.
The girl also did not advise that we had breakfast included, which we didn't have for 2 mornings not knowing yet then the gentleman told us that we should come down....
Apart from the above it was a comfortable stay with a nice quiet balcony room at the back.
Everything about this place is near-perfect, provided you get a courtyard-facing room. The rooms with balconies facing the street are really noisy, and we were put into a street-facing room belonging to the hotel facing the street behind Nhi Trung (they share the same building and the prices, included breakfast, and street-facing rooms are the same) where we were next door to a nightclub playing crappy pop music for a lot of the night.
Having said that, the facilities, staff and service were all excellent, and the wonderful, helpful, overworked staff let us move into a courtyard-facing room as soon as one was available.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We requested to stay in one of the rooms at the back as it was quieter, and it also had a little balcony which was nice.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were nice, clean and a good size. The location was great too, right in town and close to everything. The complimentary breakfast was the best we had in vietnam - nice smoothies and banana pancakes!
The lady across the road also rents out cheap bicycles and motorbikes.
