This Parisian townhouse offers several beautifully-decorated studio apartments with private bathroom and kitchenette. We can cater to groups as well - you can book several rooms at the same time.
Ideally located near the Seine, between Gare de Lyon and the Bastille, our apart-hotel offers guests the opportunity to live like real Parisians, with full independence.
Each studio has a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, ceramic hob and all necessary equipment for preparing breakfast. It's a lovely way to start your day.
Linen and towels are changed regularly to improve your comfort, and we provide a room cleaning service for longer stays.
On arrival, you will be greeted by the apart-hotel's owner, who can help provide you with all the information you need to make your stay as pleasant and possible.

This place is difficult to find unless you know the exact address of it. Although I had emailed the owner to indicate what time I would be arriving (there's no reception so you need to organise to meet him out the front), I was waiting for a good half an hour before he arrived to show me to my "apartment" (I think the only way he knew who I was, was because of my luggage)!
The "apartment" was practically a single room with a tiny ensuite attached. The cooking facilities, fridge and sink were up against one wall and a small table with two seats provided the dining facilities. Having said all of this, the place was very well maintained and allowed you to live like a true Parisian. Additionally, although the "hotel" is self-catering, you are positioned well within reach of some spectacular cafes, restaurants, bistros etc. and it's just a short walk to a small grocery store. Furthermore, it is located just a short walk from some of Paris' most famous sights (mainly the Bastille and Notre Dame).
If you are looking for a relatively cheap place to stay while in Paris and are not particularly fussed about the size of the room or self-catering, then give this place a try...otherwise, look elsewhere!
