I am sorry, I cannot answer. This man discredits your agency. And of course I'll never again will appeal to your services to make a reservation.

When I arrived to his place he asked me to wait till he could find the reservation. Then, he asked me to show the confirmation with the price. Next he invited me to move, he took my luggage and conducted me to Pension Özman, because the price we had agreed upon was too low. He told me in a very rude manner that if I didn't like it I could start to look for something else.

Pension Özman : extremely basic, no hot water, no heating working, very small room. Good location.

the location was great. in heart of charming old city. the pension was clean and not bad. but what destroyed my impression and i will never book in this pension again, is the manager, Yaman. he was nice at first, but if you ask him questions to clarify, he is kinda rude and very impatient.

it gives you a feeling that you can't ask for clarifications. Also, we booked a room for 4 people. Then after paying he tells us only a room is available for 2 people and he booked my 2 sons in another pension nearby. The pension where my 2 sons were booked was not as nice as the place we booked, but it made up, because the manager of that other pension was a lot nicer than Yaman.

It's a pity, cuz the place was nice, but with an impatient manager, who needs to book there.
Good thing it was just an overnight stay.
