The Ruby was a good place to stay close to the beach fairly quiet except for the trumpet at 6am from the military base.
There was no hot water to shower with which was a real pain and the bed was way to hard to sleep well on, the staff were great and were very helpful don't speak English well but then its not their first language but they did manage to get their message across well enough.
Don't know that i would stay there again.

Ruby hotel was surprise for me during my journey through Vietnam - very good value for this price. Much more then I expected - nice freshly painted and clean building, I got big room with the window, cupboard, AC, hot water, bath amentities, TV, freezer,even fan was added.
Guests can oder breakfast to their room from the reception, book bus, train and flight tickets, sightseeing tours etc. Location is very good too - 200 m to the beach!
And the most important - very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you all!

Good little hotel close to main area good size room with own bathroom doors and locks a little flimisy could do with a safe but overall I was happy here not the most luxury of hotels but value for money

Cheap accommodation in a good location. Upkeep of bathroom was very poor.
Every was fine, a good value hotel. I would stay again if I was in Nha Trang. Nice happy, friendly and helpful staff including the owner herself.

everything was ok
A great little quiet hotel...friendly staff and very convenient for all the shops/dive companies. The room was clean with (quiet) air con and TV with loads of channels. Would definitely stay again.
