Baan talay homestay is a homestay run by family member. We not the star hotel but we try to do our best to serve you and make you fell as home.

Baan Talay Homestay or you can call Baantalay Bed and Breakfast also. We located at Tanjung Tokong, is in between Batuferinghi and George Town. At one of the foremost residential housing complexes of Penang, just a 2min walk to Tanjong Tokong Beach.

We offer comfortable rooms, FREE Wi-Fi in the room. Cable TV at the living room, fan or air condition for a very affordable rates.

As travellers oursalves, We understand that it is really all about the people, the food, culture and the experience. having said that, we have to admit that the BAAN TALAY HOMESTAY NOT FOR SOMEONE WHO SEEKING FOR A STAR HOTEL EXPERIANCE. WE ARE A HOME STAY. Our hope and wishes it to charm our guests and friends with kindness and personality, We sure as hell hope to provide our guests with an experiance that is special, unique and social.

Team and Condition

* All rate are per person or per room as stated and are subject to chance with out prior notice.

* Kids under 9 year old is fee of change if shere bed with parrent.

* An extra bed can requested at 20RM per bed per night for fan room and 25RM per bed per night for Air condition room , due to our room condition. Please let us know in advance if you an extrabed.

* Any change to exciting reservation incloding arrival time please contact direcly to the hostel.

* You may cancle your booking by writen email before 7day period to the check in date is free of chage, Less then 7day we change the total amount of the frist night, Less then 48h period prior to the check in date we will be consider as no show up and your credit / debit card will charge automatically for the full amount of the total of the booking date.

* For the peak season ( Chistmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya and every pubplic holiday ) less then 7day notice prior to the check in date will be change full amount of the total of the booking date.

* For the all of cancellation policy 10% deposit are non-refoundable and also if the guest show up and booked hostel for 3day and stay for 1 or 2 day the 10%deposit are non-refoundable as well.

* No joiner and visitor allowed in to the room or resident area accept reception.

* 100% payment of MYR for the whole period of stay is required at checking in, and MYR 20 each room for Towel and key deposit ( It is refoundable deposit)

* Check in time 14.00 ( 2 PM )

* Check out time 12.30 ( 12.30 PM )

* Delay more then 4h please kindly infrom to the hostel otherwise your bed will be re-opened.
