Located within walking distance from, Turia gardens, and the emblematic Serrano towers, this place is your choice if you want to get to know and enjoy our city just wandering around. You'll find anything you need in the area: supermarkets, restaurants, banks, shops, buses, tube station, pubs and clubs, huge and relaxing gardens, historic center.

Upon arrival, you'll be given a map .. We will show you all you can visit according to your likes and stay length.

The flat, recently reformed, makes you feel as if you were home, without loosing the independence of a hotel, in a friendly and relaxed environment. You have wifi connection, washing and drying machine with a maximum capacity of 7 guests.

All rooms have their own key, internet connection, air conditioning (cool/heat), flat TV, radio, mini fridge, desk, viscoelstic mattresses with aloe vera covering. Some rooms offer ensuite bathroom while other 2 rooms share it.
