Each apartment has a separated kitchen, bathroom, living room and a bedroom.In the living room there is a pull out sofa, which can be comfortable for two adults. The maximum capacity of each apartment is 4-5 adults. The apartments are equipped with nice modern furniture, PC and TV with cable channels.The kitchens are completely equipped including dish washer, washing machine with drier function, cooking amenities, cutlery, plates, refrigerator and microwave oven. There are ironing facilities in the flats. The building has an elevator/lift. AIR CONDITIONING FOR 8 EURO/DAY.FIELD LOCATIONThe apartment are placed in the 5th district, which is one of the best quarters of Budapest. The apartments are in the heart of Budapest, in the Vaci Street area: 50 m from Vaci utca (street) and 100 m from Ferencziek Square (metro stop). Veres Palne Street (where the apartments are located) is parallel with Vaci Street and about 500 m far from River Danube.The apartments are in walking distance to the main tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, pubs…Check in: from 14:00 PMCheck out: 11:00 AMPAYMENT: Only cash payment upon arrival. Unfortunately no credit cards or cheques accepted.SECURITY DEPOSITWe reserve the right to request security deposit in case of group reservations or at least 4 guests staying in the same apartment. The safety deposit is 50EUR/guest and required to be paid at check-in. It will be refund if the apartment has been returned in the condition guests occupied upon arrival and landlord agrees that no damage had been caused, company policy had not been broken.
