The property has a large but mostly barren central courtyard with very comfortable chairs around the periphery. There is WiFI though it is unmentioned by their ad. The staff are very very friendly and happy to help. I had some unusual questions about their town and they worked to answer them all.

The space is secure with virtually no way for thieves to get in. I forgot my camera on the front desk and it was returned to me promptly when I got back from looking around, even though I was sure I was pickpocketed. The space is about two blocks from the zocalo. So that was great.

The beds are comfortable and the sheets very clean.

The showers ostensibly give out hotwater, though you couldn't prove that by me. That would be one of my only complaints. The other being that the map shows that the hotel is on 5 de Mayo near the bus station. THAT 5 de Mayo is nothing more than an alley. You need to go south toward the zocalo to find the Main 5 de Mayo. I walked there from the bus station....but it was not a leisurely five minute walk.

Still, a good joint at a reasonable price.
