El Arupo Hostel-Medellin was established in July of 2009. It is a beautiful house, built by one of the best architects in Medellin. Al Arupo is located in one of the most desirable streets of \'Barrio El Poblado.\' There you can find some of the best restaurants in Medellin, all only 5 minutes walking from famous \'Parque Lleras.\' It has a perfect atmosphere for relaxing, and making new friends from all over the world, while having a beer in our cosy living room or our beautiful garden.

We have been making the difference with special services to our guests in properties since 1993 when we opened our first \'Hostal El Arupo,\' in Quito-Ecuador. We are now happy to open another in Medellin-Colombia.

Additional amenities include: internet access, international TV ,free Wi-Fi, storage unit for luggage, safety deposit box and travel contacts for trips to the Galapagos Islands in Ecuador. If one of your objectives is to learn spanish we have contacts with some good spanish teachers.
