Our Bed and Breakfast is in a quiet neighbourhood but just 5 minutes from downtown (1 mile), close to the forest and Martial Glacier (1 mile) and the National Park (6 miles).
We have double or single rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms (private or shared). The entire house is painted with soft colors that give a cozy atmosphere. You will also find a living room with multi-lingual library.
The area has walks with a wonderful view to the sea and the mountains. In Ushuaia you can enjoy quiet walks, sailing in the Beagle Channel, pleasant scenery, maritime wildlife, interesting visit to the historic Prison, etc. but above all the peace and quiet of this area.
We enjoy having people at our home so we have a very personal contact with our guests. Look for us and know more. So anything is possible, anniversary or honey moon, please ask.
We offer: Home made breakfast (included in the price), Cable TV located in the main room, bedroom maid service, Bilingual staff (English), multilingual books exchange, Bilingual library, tourist assistance and catering can be arranged. Transfer in service available with extra cost. We have the answer for all your travel needs!

I recently stayed at Alba for 6 nights; overall I think is good value for money- Alba, the landlady is extremely helpful, and she is very afable and spends a lot of time with each client, telling them which are the best places to visit in Ushuaia. I was given an attic room, away from everybody, with a magnificent view of the mountains; the only problem were some dogs, belonging to the neighbours which howled all night. If you are a light sleeper dont take the attic room.
Breakfast was very good during the whole stay; sheets were changed every other day and rooms were made very promptly. She has put the house for sale, so I don't know if she will carry on offering accomodation.
Overall I recommend it
