Vicky is just fantastic. Warm welcome even at 5 am. Lots of information and help for our trip and our stay in Vietnam. The guesthouse was very centric, near plenty of restaurants and 2 minutes walk away from the beach. The room was wide and really clean. Breakfast delicious. It's like staying at home. No complains at all.

I stayed in this guesthouse for a night and I was desgusted by the room and by the owner.It is a perfect place for a masochist.How was possible to accept a fabulous price-25$ for a single without windows?No facilities, in the bathroom just two towels, nothing else.No soap, no shampoo, hairdryer.Nothing.It was necessary to insist for it.In the room , chairs and bed are very old and uncomfortable.They have neon light, impossible to read.My connection to internet had a problem and the computer in the lobby is not for free.The price for an hour 17000 VND.
All the day I had in the room a terrible smell of omelette, the kitchen is just in front of the rooms.When I insisted for a lamp next to my bed, the owner put in the room an emergency light.
This woman, the owner is very lazy and inefficient.But she loves money, especially $ .She cannot understand that is necessry to work for money,she trie to rent a room for a fabulous price,that is all that she maid.
Do not expect to eat something special .Breakfast consists in an omelette and a little coffee.No butter.
Go to stay in another hotel, around this property many hotels make big discounts.I will never stay here just for free.

When we arrived at Vicky's guesthouse off a sleeper bus at 6.00am, there wasn't a room for us because some other guests couldn't get train tickets and were still using the room for another day. Whilst this was the last thing we wanted to hear after a night of no sleep, Vy was so helpful, she prepared us breakfast before taking us around to another hotel around the corner for one night, before we stayed in her hotel. Whilst very basic, the hotel was clean and Vy was so helpful and knowledgable and always available. It's just a tiny little guesthouse with no restaurant facilities, but Vy will do everything to provide the breakfast you like out of her kitchen.
Vy organised for a city tour, mud baths, tickets to Vin Pearl, massages and private tours to Dalat and Hotels in other cities - nothing was too much trouble.
The Guesthouse is small and very quite whilst being in very good location, only one block from the beach. We are a young family with four children and the kids are list Nha Trang as their highlight, and a lot of that is very much thanks to Vy.
Very simple but with fantastic service!! Would stay there again.

HIGHLY recommended. Ms. Vy was amazing - she went above and beyond the call of duty, helping us in whatever way was needed. She is also a travel agent, so we were able to book many things through her. The room was very nice, very clean, with a great shower. I spent my birthday @ the Vicky Guesthouse, and she bought me a birthday cake! Awesome location, too. Only downfall is that power often goes out due to cuts made, but if you are gone during the day, it shouldn't be a problem.
