There are a total of 33 rooms in the hotel. Most of them have been newly renovated. We'll be happy to help you with questions on Santa Cruz, places to visit, and maybe even a little bit of history. The hotel is owned and ran by my grandma, Consuelo Parada, who is a native of Santa Cruz and will can take you through 7 decades of amazing history... the first paved roads, the economic growth of the city, the massive population growth (mainly driven by immigration), and of course the Carnival!

We are located on Rene Moreno St. #167 -Between Ingavi St and Suarez de Figueroa St. This is only one block away from the main city square (Plaza 24 de Septiembre), as well as The City Cathedral (Basilica Menor de San Lorenzo). Most major tourist attractions in Santa Cruz are within walking distance: 2-5 mins on foot to the City Cathedral, Main City Square, City Hall, Culture House, Irish pub; Also, within only two blocks we have the first private clinic in Santa Cruz (Virgen de Lourdes) as well as most major banks (Mercantil, BNB, Santa Cruz, de Credito, Ganadero, etc), shopping malls and vibrant city-markets. The airport is a quick 25 min ride from our hotel and you can get to the train/bus stations in just 15 min.
