Take a bus from Rio to Macaé or Casimiro de Abreu. Stop at Casimiro's Bus station. At this place, take a bus to Barra do Sana and get off near Bar do Beto, after Portal Do Sana. At Bar do Beto head along the small street, take a bridge made of wood across the river Sana, turn left and follow the track till the hostel.
