Over Gîte Le Simone Bed and Breakfast
In the heart of Montreal Le Simone offers bed & breakfast in a warm Victorian house of 1875, our 10 rooms and suite can accommodate you, in comfort and security, alone, with your spouse or friend, with your family or with your full entourage (up to 29 persons) for a brief or prolonged stay with us.
Our rooms are large and sunny, all have queen size bed and firm mattress. It is a non-smoking b&b. Have a large sunny terrace of 40 square meters (400 sq ft) for breakfast.
Everyday you can enjoy a continental breakfast from 8 to 11h. During warm season (mid June to end of October) the chef is in and will prepare you a warm dish of egg. You can access the Internet with our high speed station or on our wi-fi network and it is free.
We are near everything: access to the underground city is 100 meters away, the bus terminal: 200 m, University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM): 250 m, Saint-Denis street and the Village: 400 m away, the Old city, the highway and bridges: 700 m. The Jazz Festival, Just for Laughs Festival, World Film Festival, museums, large department stores, main city parks, Gilles Villanueva race track (Formula 1), the Congress Center, the Casino are all minutes (5 to 45) away by foot or short taxi ride ($5-15).
Parking is easy either free on the street (in designated area at designated time) or for a small fee ($10/24hr) at 300 m. We are waiting you and your party for a fun stay in Montreal and in our house.

I decided to stay her for a couple of nights from reading reviews from other visitors. I have to say, I was quite happy with my choice. The facilities are well maintained and clean. There is also a common area with magazines to flip through if you have free time. The wifi connection and speed is great, so if you needed to look up further travel info, you would have no problem. Breakfast menus change daily and the patio area is so nice to relax in! When I was there, guests had the choice of french toast, omlette, or crepe. Another thing I liked about the place is that there are decent number of free street parking spaces surrounding the block. Really important when on a road trip with a car!

The highlight of staying here was definitely the breakfasts, eaten on the deck every day (in mid-September!). My room was basic but comfortable enough and exactly what I'd paid for.

I was amazed by not only the private single room, but the private single washroom. Clean, tidy, and home-like. Great place with proper price. It's a pity that i did not get the chance to try the breakfast because the schedule of the shuttle bus. Strongly recommend!

Le Simone is central, close to the Metro and was comfortable and welcoming. The host was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were basic, but neat and tidy - ample for what I was wanting. I enjoyed a very plesant stay and would go back again.
