Rooms Kiko are located in Gruz, one of the most beautiful parts of Dubrovnik, about 1,5 km from the historic center of Old Town Dubrovnik.

We offer holiday apartment for three people. Nearby guests will be accommodated: bank, supermarket, post office, restaurants, bus station, shopping center and pharmacy. There are stairs.

The bus station and main port are only 3 minutes away from the hotel. WELCOME

If you are looking for comfortable, clean, nice accommodation near the main port, main bus station and well connected to the city center (5 minutes by bus, 20-25 minutes walk) and the beach (7 minutes with the 'bus, 25 minutes on foot) we have the place for you!

We offer car studio apartment of 40 m2 with a double bed and a sofa bed. Everything is new, clean and newly renovated. Private bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer.

WITH SHIP:

First you have to locate Hotel Petka and church. Between them is a small uphill road. Take it (about 50 metres)

until the next road. Go left (do not cross the road!) for 50-100 metres and on the left corner you will see bakery.

After passing pedestrian crossing enter narrow uphill street and go for some 100 meters

and we are on number 4 first building on right.

FROM MAIN BUS STATION:

After you leave the bus continue in the direction of bus arrival (sea is on your right-hand side). You will pass market

KONZUM and arrive at roundabouts. Cross it so that you go uphill and enter Andrije Hebranga street. On your

right-hand side is Citroen car service. Walksome 150 metres. You enter the first street on your left hand-side

(I.G. Kovacica).There is a bakery on the corner. Just continue straight for another 100 and we are first building on right at number 4.

WITH SCHUDLE BUS FROM AIRPORT:

Your bus should take you to the main harbour Gruz, DO NOT GET OFF IN THE OLD CITY!!!
