We offer apartment accommodation in different parts of Quito's main tourist zone. 'La Mariscal' district is surrounded by Marriot, Hilton and Radisson hotels.

QFA Apartments are located in an special environment and include essential facilities like cable TV, internet signal and cleaning. Whether you plan to stay for a week or a month, QFA is your best option. You will find a very neat, safe and peaceful place with professional management.

Upon arrival

- We will do an inventory of all the apartment belongings.

- You have to pay the total value of your reservation ex. weekly or monthly value. We do not charge on a daily basis.

- A 200$ refundable security deposit is required for all QFA apartments.

Policies

- Beds will be changed as needed ex. double bed for couples or simple bed for singles.

- Each one one of the occupants will have a set of keys. There is no curfew

- After you reserve you must provide the names of all the people who will stay in the apartment

- Only the persons registered can use the apartment installations. Additional registrations: 30$ each

- Visitors should show ID to the caretaker

- No pets, no apartment sublet
