Over Ghannah Lodge

Ghannah Lodge is a paradise between the colored desert mountains and the glassy clear sea. The lodge is charming and harmonious and offers guests clean, comfortable accommodation in a setting of outstanding natural beauty.

With the Holy mountains of Sinai and a panoramic view of the mountains and the bright azure blue sea and horizon of the coulored mountains of Saudi Arabia the backdrop, The Ghannah Lodge is set in an amazing natural setting.

Here, the authentic Bedouin life and traditions are the fundamental elements of the lodge. The smell of the bread baked on the fire by the Bedouin women of the village wakes you in the morning.

The dinner is prepared on the campfire near the Bedouin tent in the oasis of the lodge providing much neaded shade, vegetables and fruits.

Locatiegegevens

Taba airport is 100 km and Sharm el Sheik airport is 180 km away from the lodge you will be able to take a rent a car, otherwise Ghannah Lodge can arrange airport transfer.

Very expensive for basic accommodation provided.
Food was the same every evening, rice and chicken or chicken and rice.
All guests ended up with stomach problems.
There are no bedouins working here only egyptians and belgians.
The taxi transfer is overpriced as we found out from the locals.
If you want a bedouin experience try a different camp in the village.
The locals are friendly and welcoming.
A great spot to go off on desert trips.
Take the ferry to Aqaba.
