AC was not working, but not a problem since the Jerusalem winds pick up at night and all the picture windows were on tracks that opened. Very nice at night and for sleeping. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts which I've partaken. Downside is the 40 NIS taxi ride to and fro to the Old City (or any where else)...and that the bathroom had soap dish not attached...and looked like it has been that way for a while. However, nice large rooms. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Upon arrival we found dirty pillowcases including hair on them. This was disgusting! Also, we had to ask to be transferred to a different room because the door lock leading to a scrubby balcony was open and would not work. The evening meal of our second day was no more than left overs from the day before. We would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
