Atlantic Seafront is an attractive seafront guest house. situated right opposite Brighton Pier, sealife centre, bars, pubs, clubs and famous lanes are just a minute walk. Just a 5 min walk to main city centre through shopping street. Front rooms have direct views of the sea and the Brighton Pier.

We had a wonderful stay in the Atlantic Seafront.
Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean room with a wonderful view,
good breakfast and the location is perfect.
Best value for the money.

I was there for just one night and everything was as expected, excellent! even more considering that it's not an expensive place. The breakfast was great as well, the staff really kind, no negative points. When I come back to Brighton i'll have no doubt about check it again.

Staff were very friendly, often asking if the room was alright and whether I needed anything. They should have realised that everything was more than fine, as I was upgraded upon arrival from a single room to a double room with ocean views. The double room was wonderful, if a little unstylish. It overlooked the ocean and Brighton Pier. However I think if a couple were staying in the room it would have been a little cramped (the bed took up most of the room even though one side was against a wall). It was fairly clean (moreso than other places I've stayed anyway). Room had everything you could need - TV, heating, private bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, spare blankets. Breakfast provided. They also provided free WiFi in rooms but as I was on the third floor it didn't quite reach me and I could only connect for a few minutes at a time.
Downsides: Internet was poor. No lift, but a member of staff did offer to carry my bag up the stairs for me so I cannot complain. Hot water was also a little annoying as it seemed to only want to be very hot or too cold.
