The Old Vicarage built in 1893, formerly the home of the Vicars of Bruntcliffe, was purchased from the Church by the previous owners in 1977 and in 1986.
The building was sympathetically extended to form originally a Guest House and is now running as a Two Star Hotel.

The Bar works with an Honesty system where guests help themselves and write down

As the name indicates, it's in an old vicarage, so it's charming and quaint but also creaking a bit. The cleanliness is just so so. Most importantly, it's not actually in Leeds, so if your intention is to visit Leeds, you'll be taking taxis unless you have a car. There really isn't much in the area of the hotel, so again, this could be a problem unless you have a car. The breakfast a great--in a nice room and complete with cereal, toast, and/or the full English breakfast experience.

the staff where extremely friendly, and the location was good for the area once you knew wher you needed to go to get into the centre of morley and the rooms were a decent size.
the room i stayed in needed to be fixed up cosmetically.
the bathroom was a great size unfortunately the shower didn't drain properly so you where standing in dirty water for most of the time it also could have been cleaned a little better there was quiet an amount of soap and dirt build up on the sealing around the shower door.
the staff did help to still make it a plesant place to stay.
