A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at this small but highly recommended Guest House. The proprietor, Michelle, has individually decorated the rooms to a high standard. Prices are inclusive of continental breakfast.

English breakfast can be served for £5 for person.

All bedrooms are en-suite with satellite TV, tea/coffee making facilities, in-coming telephones, clock radios and hairdryers, full central heating and double glazing. Our 'Futzwilliam' bedroom has additional features of a Jacuzzi and four poster bed. Early morning calls can be arranged.

We can also provide a pick-up/drop off service from near by Airport and Train Station. Off street parking is available for customers traveling by car.

The city offers the visitor many sights to explore, from its academic centre to its modern every day life. Situated on the south side of the city, there is easy access to the centre as the Park & Ride bus service is only a few minutes away, taking the worry out of finding somewhere to park.
