We have 3 rooms with shared bathroom, one single, one twin and 1 double. Each room has freeview tv, tea and coffee making facilities and free wi fi. Each room also has it own sinks and desk and chair. If you would like breakfast it is charged at an extra GBP 5 per person, it is not included in the room rate.

Situated opposite the Vinery Road Park and in a very quiet position away from the main road. The owners pride themselves in offering great value for money services which includes full dining facilities choice of English or Continental breakfast which really is a challenge to the heartiest of diners and guests.

We are a \'Non Smoking\' establishment

Please note:

Check in time is 11:00am-22:00pm

Check out time is 10:00am

If you would like breakfast it is served between 7.30am-9am. There is no curfew as we give you a ket to the front door so you can come in and out as you like. Credit card is charged at 3% surcharge.

I highly recommend Parkview Guesthouse. Beside other good points there is the exceptional service provided by Zarah, who accommodated all my needs with a friendly smile. She personally picked me up from a nearby B&B where I stayed with friends in a downpour, which I greatly appreciate. She called me a taxi when I was rushing for the bus to London. She further assisted me to upgrade to a bigger room with bathroom for the week on request. It was just a lovely comfortable stay. The view of the garden was also peaceful, on a good day, the sunrise looks so pretty from the windows in Room 4. Wifi was also reliable.

I was in Cambridge for a conference and found Parkview perfect for my purpose. It is a little way out of town, but well connected by bus. Taxi is only 7 pounds. Walking takes about half hour into town. Situated on a quiet street and local park. Convenience stores and laundry up the road. Really has everything you need! There is no curfew. With my own keys I had maximum freedom and feeling of security. Housecleaning lady also did a thorough job which I am grateful for.

Thank you so very much, Parkview made my stay in Cambridge so very pleasant!
