Very conveniently located with helpful staff always available. Very close to the port and many great places to eat close by. As older travellers, we had some difficulty getting luggage up to the third floor without a lift. Otherwise, a great stay in Chania.

Location is great, near old port and main bus terminal. staff were friendly building was nice. rooms quite nice however the kitchenette was poorly equipped
