The 2 star Hotel bepi Ciosoto, with 16 rooms, is located on the mainland near Venice (10 kms), in the surroundings of Mestre, a stone’s throw away from the famous Palladian Villa “La Malcontenta” on the banks of the Brenta River.

3 kms from the high-way exit of Venice-Villabona (next-one after “Dolo” exit) and easy to reach in 4 minutes from it, using the road S.S. 309 “Romea”.

Public bus service into Venice (11 minutes’ drive), bus stop near hotel.

Also possible a pleasant boat ride into Venice (25 minutes) departing 3 kms from hotel with attended car parking ACI and free of charge for hotel Guests.

Other public bus services into Mestre, Mestre Railway Station ( 7 mins), or Padua.

From the highway from Padua, exit at Mestre-Villabona pay-toll (compulsory) and keep your right, to arrive to "Rotonda Romea" (roundabout). Take the first road on the right (named S.S. 309), that goes to Ravenna. After 1 km you meet an other roundabout: keep on following to Ravenna. You'll pass an over street and, after 500 meters you find a traffic-light, with the sign for Malcontenta, to the left. This is via Malcanton, where we are, after 400 meters.

Coming from Trieste, after the toll, follow for Milan, and take "Marghera-Ravenna" exit. The rest is as above.

From the train station of “Venezia – Mestre”, catch bus no. 11 (every 30 mins): in 9 mins you will be in Malcontenta. Get off at the church stop (= "keasa di Malcontenta" - pronounced in Italian). We are at 300 meters.
