Boutiques has three dorm types 3 beds, 4 beds and 6 beds. Bathroom are Shared outside the room.
The types of private rooms available are: single, double / twin and triple.
We also have Private room for four to six people and Studio and One Bedroom Apartment.
Private Double Room: Each room is equipped with one double/queen size bed,Towels,Sheets,Blankets and linens are included. The bathroom is shared.
Private Twin Bed Room: Each room is equipped with Two twin beds,Towels,Sheets,Blankets and linens are included. The bathroom is shared.
Private Triple Bed Room: Each is Equipped with a One Double Bed/Single Bed for Three person,Towels,Sheets,Blankets and linens are included. The bathroom is shared.
Superior Private Triple,Twin and Double Ensuite comes with private Bathroom.

Pros
- location really gives this place it's stars, it's so convenient and near restaurants, laundromat, ATM and also very safe at night. So close to harbour for boat rides and less than 5min walk to Times Square!!
- Johnny is very friendly and also assists with queries when you bring then up
- everything was clean And kitchen had all you needed
- All rooms have maps and tourist booksCons
- two different apartments have two very different facilities and space
- both rooms have private rooms attached which may have a different gender in therefore your room may not be Female Only as promised as you all share the same bathroom
- both rooms have beds blocking the fire exits and no batteries in smoke detectors
- there is no actual reception and Johnny (whilst available when contacted) was rarely available in person, only on email.

Basic facilities. Not great for a long stay as no plates or cutlery was provided. When we arrived we were then told that our hostel was not at the location we thought. We then had to walk 10 blocks to where we were staying, and with heavy suitcases that wasn't easy. As our room was a private 2 bed, there was an opening above the door in order to let the air con flow in. I felt a bit uneasy about this as the gap would be big enough for someone to climb through. The hostel was basic but clean and quiet. The area we stayed was only 2 blocks from times square and I felt safe walking home at night. Finally, the power was out all day on our 2nd last day and we had to be moved next door. That wasn't a problem, but the new place had no private room, so we had to sleep with others that were there.

For the price, the location is amazing. We stayed in a private double room, which was about 8' x 6' with bunk beds. It was tight, but relatively clean and we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. I'm glad we brought our own pillow cases because you are provided sheets and a comforter, but their pillow case is just a pillow sham. The bathroom was old and pretty run down. Bring flip flops for the shower. Overall, we were pretty happy with the hostel because of the price, location, and they offered a private room for two.

It's only good if you are traveling alone. If you have more than two people traveling with you, I will say Hilton New York on the same street is a better choice since both places would run up to be about the same price anyway.
