Hotel La Diosa offers an ideal setting to discover yourself, relax and meditate under tall palm trees, with exotic flowers, the sound of the sea, and the soft breeze from the Caribbean Sea.

There is a beautiful designed pool overlooking the sea. The designs of the cabins are typical of the Costa Rican Caribbean area. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with names honoring the female energy in the universe, like Aphrodite, Isis, and Pachamama.

There is also a meditation / dance floor. Sarawasti, goddess of music presides over the room where you can listen to tapes of Osho, Eckhart Tolle, Miguel Ruiz, among others.

Hotel La Diosa is an open forum for meditation and yoga minded persons, and can accommodate up to 22 people for different workshops.

All rooms have King-size and Queen-size beds with first quality mattresses and fans. All cabins have hot water, and most have Jacuzzis and air conditioning. There are four cabins with two bedrooms each, two cabins with three bedrooms and four single cabins. In the morning a delicious breakfast is served with excellent Costa Rican coffee in an open ranch or palapa where you can listen to the surf just a few steps away.

Once you arrive in Juan Santamaría Airport, you must take either a public bus from the main bus stop at the airport to San José Main Bus Station (Avenida 2, Calle 12), or an orange taxi to a hotel in the San José area. There are many hotels available for every budget. We can of course assist you in finding a nice and affordable hotel for overnight or longer stays.

After, you must take a taxi from your hotel or from San Jose Main Bus Station to the Limón Bus Station (Estación de Buses Caribeños), located in San José at Calle Central, Avenidas 13 y 15. Once there, you must buy a ticket at the Cahuita, Puerto Viejo, Sixaola ticket counter. Make sure to arrive at least one hour before departure to secure your ticket. You might also wish to purchase your ticket a day in advance. Departures are at 6:00 am, 11:30 am, 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm.

If you’re coming by car from San Jose, you need to head northwards towards the national highway 32. You need to get on the national highway 32 and you must continue until you reach the town Cahuita.

Once you reach Cahuita, you need to turn left at the main road and then you need to take the second left. You need to head along this road on the side of the coast until you reach the destination.
