Welcome to Helidonia Villas, luxurious holiday homes with private pool, a pleasurable place for relaxing, as well as a starting point for your excursions in the Rethymnon region, at promotional prices. We have created 2 independent rental holiday villas with all the comfort and cosy atmosphere you can imagine for your most valuable time. Each villa is built on a separate plot, bounded by stone walls, private pool, and gardens, settled in Cretan scenery (Aghios Dimitrios).

For each villa we offer following facilities:

100 m2 inside living area.

Private pool with an outside shower to refresh yourself and a safety fence for small children. Operational during the summer period only.

Large tiled patio around pool with relaxing sun lounges and parasol. There is soft lightning in and around the pool/garden area for the evening.

Spacious shaded veranda by the entrance with outside dining table and chairs.

Balconies. Garage.

Windows and balcony doors are provided with shutters.

Central heating in all rooms for the chiller periods.

Wireless internet access is provided.

Bedrooms

Bedrooms have built in wardrobes, air-conditioning unit (cool/heat), large mirror, small TV Unit with Greek channels, as well as the foreign satellite channel chosen at the saloon area

and one safe.

Living area

A spacious open plan living area.

The dining room has a dining table and chairs.

The sitting room with a triple and double sofa.

LCD TV in sitting area offering Greek channels and hot bird satellite connection for foreign channels.

Air-conditioning unit (cool/heat).

Open fire place in the sitting area.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic cooking plate, hob/extractor fan, large fridge with freezer, dish washer, micro wave oven, water cooker, coffee machine, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils.

Laundry facilities

Washing machine, steam iron, ironing board and drying rack.

The region offers countless recreational activities during all periods. The villas are situated at a short drive from the North coastline with sandy beaches along the sea, the town of Rethymnon with it's Venetian harbour, historical sites to visit, gorges and caves to explore, the Cretan countryside with it's magnificent nature, there is something for every taste, so that your vacation truly is pure enjoyment.

3 bedroom villa : ground floor villa.

Accommodation: 6 persons. The entire inside living area is situated on one level.

3 bedrooms:

One bedroom with 1 double bed

Two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom

2 bathrooms:

One bathroom with bath, WC, basin & washing machine.

Second WC with basin

2 bedroom villa: villa with two floors

Accommodation: 4 persons. One (1) extra bed can be added on request. The bedrooms are on the first floor approached by a staircase.

2 bedrooms:

One bedroom with 1 double bed

One bedroom with 2 single beds. Folding bed can be added on request with extra charge or a baby cot free of charge.

2 bathrooms:

Upstairs bathroom has bath, WC, basin & washing machine

Downstairs shower room with WC & basin

Departure cleaning service: 40 Euros

From Airport Heraklion:

Follow the highway to Rethymnon, at the height of village Platanes; leave the highway with direction Arkadi. On the road to Arkadi you pass the village Adele, then Pigi, and after 300 metres you turn right to Aghios Dimitrios. The sign also mentions the village Mesy.

Following this local road you will find the Helidonia Villas after 300 meters at your left.

From Chania Airport:

Take the direction to the highway for Rethymnon.

You will pass the town of Rethymnon and continue on the highway with direction Heraklion. Just after the town of Rethymnon leave the highway, at the sign Arkadi.

This is a sharp U-turn and immediately after turn left to the direction of Arkadi.

On the road to Arkadi you pass the village Adele, then Pigi, and after 300 meters you turn right to Aghios Dimitrios.

The sign also mentions the village Mesy.

Following this local road you will find the Helidonia Villas after 300 meters at your left.
