La Residenza San Giovanni is located in the historic center of San Giovanni Valdarno, near the railway station. This easily connects the town with the station Santa Maria Novella Station in Florence and Arezzo in just thirty minutes.

The residence is situated at the main street of the city center (Corso Italy) and this is easily reached on foot, a well stocked supermarket.

Not far from the residence is open throughout the summer season the pool "Las Vegas" in San Giovanni Valdarno, with slides, diving boards, platforms and climbing wall, plus a large garden.

At the back of our facility, is located a mini golf course and not far away you can play sports such as tennis, soccer, beach volleyball and shooting with 'arc. Every Saturday morning along the main streets of San Giovanni Valdarno, is your typical market where you can also buy products locally.

The residence is equipped studios and apartments equipped with every comfort, large private parking and lift.
