Villa Nick is located at the entry to Cavtat, 10 minutes from the center and sea, 5 minutes by car to the airport and only 2 minutes from the bus station with transport to Dubrovnik and nearby towns.

We are fully equipped to satisfy your needs, facilities include air-conditioning, satellite TV, sea view, fresh towels and sheets and cleaning facilities.

Inside Villa Nick you will find 3 beautiful apartments. Two apartments (2+3) for 5 persons maximum and one apartment (4+2) for 6 persons maximum, all fully equipped and ready for you.

In order to reach the destination by car, from Dubrovnik Airport, you need to follow these instructions.

1) Head south towards Route 8/E65

2) Head west on Route 8/E65 toward Put od Cavtata

3) Turn left at Put od Cavtata

After, you must continue along Put od Cavtata until you reach the destination.

If you’re coming by bus from Dubrovnik, you need to get bus number 10. This bus will stop at Cavtat Bus Station which is 150 meters away from the destination. Once you exit the station you need to head eastwards along Put od Cavtata until you reach the destination.

The villa is close to the airport so conveniet for a 1 night stay but would not suit for a long holiday if you after a relaxing location: the planes fly low and the noise is difficult to ignore, especially 5.30 am.

The advert mentiones 10 minites to the centre and to the sea but it does not mention that the villa is at the top of a very steep hill so coming back from the town and the beach may be a difficult journey for old people or those with mobility problems.

The rooms are clean but pretty basic - in the big (2 bedroom) apartment where we stayed only 1 hotplate (out of 4) was working sufficiently well to cook food, which would prove unworkable for 6 people had we stayed any longer. The shower screens were wobbly and seemed broken, the shower handle was broken so there was no way to fix it to the wall.

I do not think it was good value for money - they charged us 30 euros per head (including a baby who did not occupy a spare bed). The booking arrangement seemed confusing too: we booked 3 apartments for a group of 9 people but we were put in 2 apartments (2 people in one and 6+baby in another) but still charged the full mount as per 3 apartments, although 2 people had to sleep on a sofa bed in the lounge and not in a separate bedroom. Given the shabby facilities in the big apartment and the price we were charged (7x30 = 210) it was not value for money. We had stayed in Lapad in Dubrovnik for much less and the apartments were much better. I would not stay there again and would not recommend for the reasons explained above.
