Take the ramp onto Thessalonikis-Neon Moudanion, then take the ramp to Thessalonikis-Polygyrou and there turn left. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on Thessalonikis-Polygyrou for 33.7 km.

Turn left at Thessaloniksis-Ierissou and go for another 24.2 km. Continue on Odos Aristotelous and then on Thessaloniksis-Ierissou for 23.7 km. Turn right at Rentinas-Ouranoupolis, go 15.1 km, continue on Vasileos Konstantinou some 500 m, turn right and then left and you will get to Ierissos.
