ILIAKTIDA APARTMENTS are located in Rapaniana village, in the Municipality of Kolymbari, in Prefecture of Chania, in Northern Crete.

The luxurious apartments and the swimming pool offered for perfect family, private, beautiful and unforgettable vacations. It is 300 metres away from the crystal clear sea, which has been rewarded with the Blue Flag.

The beach (mixed sand and stone) is a shelter of protected marine turtle CARETA-CARETA that has survived for 100 million years and it has become one of the endangered species.

In the village you can find many mini markets and a lot of restaurants (taverns), which offer the traditional Cretan cuisine and fresh fish.

The apartments are 19 kilometres outside Chania, 22 kilometres from Souda Bay and 31 kilometres from the international airport of Chania.

ILIAKTIDA APARTMENTS that is spread in 500sqm area, is a modern architectural building, which consists of two floors with 9 apartments, 28 beds total.

In addition there is a 60sqm swimming pool, which has been constructed according to the European specifications: special height and space for children.

In our living room you can find a coloured television, and free of charge magazines and newspapers.

There are two types of apartments, which are cleaned every day.

The Studios with a bedroom and a sitting room

and the two bedroom apartments with a separate living room.

In most cases there is the possibility of extra bed after agreement.

All the apartments have a balcony, an individual bathroom/shower with hot water and a special socket for electric shave machine.

Also all the rooms are provided with Air Condition (cool and hot), with an electric stove, a refrigerator, a cooker-hood, cupboards and cookware, a coloured television and a telephone that you can make long distance calls.
